Dr. Octavio Ramirez is a full professor in the Department of Social Work at Fort Hays State University. He is also the BSW program Director and a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner. Dr. Ramirez’s research interests include mental health, and religious and spiritual practices among young people. Dr. Ramirez has served on national and local boards and enjoys helping young people achieve their dreams.
